At Free the Coconut, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all clients, instructors, staff, and visitors. Our studio is built on mutual respect, kindness, and professionalism. Every person who enters our space has the right to feel safe, supported, and free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour.

All members, clients, staff, and visitors are expected to:
Treat others with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
Respect personal boundaries and privacy.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Follow the directions of instructors and studio staff.
Communicate respectfully in person, by phone, email, text message, social media, and any other form of communication connected to the studio.

The following behaviours will not be tolerated under any circumstances:
Racism, discrimination, or prejudice based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
Bullying, intimidation, threatening behaviour, or verbal abuse.
Sexual harassment of any kind, including unwelcome comments, jokes, gestures, advances, messages, images, or discussions of a sexual nature.
Inappropriate, offensive, or suggestive communication directed toward staff, instructors, or fellow clients.
Any behaviour that makes another person feel unsafe, uncomfortable, intimidated, or harassed.

Our instructors and staff are here to provide professional fitness and wellness services. Members are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries at all times.
Unsolicited personal, sexual, flirtatious, or otherwise inappropriate communication with staff, instructors, or fellow clients may result in immediate action by the studio.

If you experience or witness behaviour that breaches this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to notify studio management as soon as possible. All reports will be treated seriously and handled with discretion.

Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in:
A verbal or written warning;
Suspension from classes or studio activities; or
Immediate termination of membership and refusal of future entry to the studio.
Management reserves the right to determine the appropriate response based on the nature and severity of the conduct.
By attending classes or participating in studio activities, members agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and help us maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive community for everyone.
