If you’re new to the Reformer, we recommend starting with our Reformer Flow class—then dive into this high-energy workout when you’re ready to bring the heat!

  • Our Mums Club Pilates classes offer a welcoming, baby-friendly space for mums to enjoy movement, mindfulness, build and maintain strength and have a moment of self-care. Whether you prefer freedom of mat style pilates or the flow of the Reformer, these classes are designed to help you feel good, reconnect with your body, and connect with other mums.

    Mums Club on the Mat – 
    A Mat Pilates flow class focusing on mindful movement, breathing, building and maintaining strength and core awareness. This class gives many options and layers to support everyone in their pre and postnatal journey.

    Mums Club on the Reformer – 
    A Reformer Flow style, supportive session using the Reformer for mindful movement and mobility, helping you ease tension, build and maintain strength and move with confidence.This class gives many options and layers to support everyone in their pre and postnatal journey.

  • These classes are relaxed, supportive, and open to all mums or expecting mums—with no pressure, no expectations, and bubs welcome! Come as you are and enjoy a little movement, connection, and community.

Expect a focus on alignment and body awareness, with progressions to challenge you when you're ready. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to move mindfully, this class promises good vibes, great movement, a spicy burn and that blissed-out feeling when you’re done.

  • This is Pilates... reloaded. A class that is built on the core foundations of Pilates but amps it up a notch with heavier weights, compound movements and circuit style training. Things could get spicy by targeting multiple muscle groups at once, building strength and improving endurance through timed, repetitive sets.

    With each movement focused on controlled form, this class blends the benefits of Pilates with the challenge of weight training to help you build muscle, increase power, feel energised and improve strength. This class is FUN! Expect to feel the burn but leave feeling stronger and more empowered in your body and mind.

HOT pilates

  • Strengthen, sweat, and fire up that core from the outside in and inside out! Hot Pilates brings the warm and toasty to mat movement.
    Set in our heated mat studio between 28 to 30 degrees, this class blends core-focused Pilates with low-impact, high-intensity movement designed to build deep strength, enhance endurance, and leave you feeling that post class glow.

    Expect powerful pulses, flowing sequences, and a fun filled playlist to match the energy of the room. Plenty of drink brakes, a juicy stretch at the end when your muscles are warm and ready.

    Bring a water bottle, grab a towel, and lets sweat it out.
