We believe movement and mindfulness play a vital role in living a happy and healthy life.

Our intention at Free the Coconut is to deliver feel good movement to the first timer all the way up to the seasoned pro.

OUR CLASS STYLES

We offer a variety of movement classes each week; ranging from 3 different styles of Yoga, plus Pilates and Barre. We believe our movement and meditation styles compliment each other in a way that offers a holistic approach to wellness.

OUR PEOPLE

Our teachers are here to guide and support you in your practise. We encourage our teachers to find their own voice and structure classes in a way that reflects their personality and life experiences in order to deliver a completely authentic experience.

Ali guided us so beautifully through class, encouraging us to focus on form, positioning our bodies for safety and maximum strengthening and conditioning. Giving options to vary strength, depth and length also gave me room to move, to choose in each moment. And then...there was the joy. Ali always adds an element of fun.
