OUR CLASS STYLES
We offer a variety of movement classes each week; ranging from 3 different styles of Yoga, plus Pilates and Barre. We believe our movement and meditation styles compliment each other in a way that offers a holistic approach to wellness.
OUR PEOPLE
Our teachers are here to guide and support you in your practise. We encourage our teachers to find their own voice and structure classes in a way that reflects their personality and life experiences in order to deliver a completely authentic experience.
